You know when you find a label, you like to click on their info when their an Indie and find out a bit more about them. Well when I did that with PETME love adoption I thought as awesome as the products are, their ethos is even better, well done to owners Kata & Emi for finding a way to mix two things so well . . .

“At PETME we are not only passionate about fashion, but also about pet adoption, too. We believe every dog deserves a home with a loving friend for life. Dogs are our best friends, however unfortunately they can’t speak for themselves, therefore at PETME we will try to create awareness of pet adoption among fashion lovers too.”

As a rescue dog owner and fashion lover they had me hooked. The slogan is something I loved as well . .  .

“Make every dog walk a catwalk”

The products are bold with a hint of the retro chic we love so much, I can see Mouse (yes my dog is called Mouse) in one of these. The scarf for chilling out round the house, (he has 3 beds, he does A LOT of chilling out) or the bow tie for when he has those many important social occasions, impressing the Bichon down the road he has his eye on or just dressing up dinner. Dinner is a big event, he likes two courses, my dinner, then his.

Anyway back to the style stuff, I really do adore a bit of print, and each item has great prints, mixing simple pattern with more off beat selections, meaning that what ever your taste there is something for you and your dog. My dog is my best friend, why wouldn’t I want to share my great love of fashion with the little chap.

Also he knows all my secrets so I have to buy his silence.

Go and have a look at their site . .

*all pics from the PETME love adoption site,

Oh and this is Le Mouse, my rescue hound, he was abused, and now lives a happy life as my best friend and at weekends we fight crime. Well when he is not ignoring everything I say, sleeping, or getting belly rubs.

  1. Aw we love Mouse! Great idea, with the bold and retro chic designs. Agree with you too on the great slogan as well 🙂
